Description

Hexarelin, a growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) analog, consists of 6 amino acid residues and features a methylated ‘Trp’ terminus to bolster structural stability and extend its presence in the bloodstream. Classified as a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS), Hexarelin acts by binding to the GHS (ghrelin) receptor located in the pituitary gland and hypothalamus.

Hexarelin is renowned for its ability to robustly stimulate GH production, thereby fostering enhanced muscle strength, increased muscle mass, improved joint health, accelerated wound healing, and protection against cardiac dysfunction. Animal studies have shown that Hexarelin also induces significant secretion of IGF-1, PRL, ACTH, and cortisol, while notably not triggering appetite increase or gastric emptying, a feature observed with other GHRP analogs.
